Delivery Policy
TOBODIGI LLC (“TOBODIGI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Maryland (USA) limited liability company with its mailing address at 7570 South Arbory Ln, Laurel, MD 20707, USA. TOBODIGI LLC operates tobodigi.com and is the holding company for the brands Aussie Web Company (aussiewebcompany.com), LogoPixi (logopixi.com), EbookState (ebookstate.com) and Apprateus (apprateus.com). This policy explains how we deliver the services you buy. Where a brand site publishes its own delivery policy, that policy applies to orders from that brand.
1. Digital delivery only
All of our services are digital. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping fees, carriers or tracking numbers. We deliver your work in one or more of these ways:
- Email, with files attached or linked;
- Secure download links or shared cloud folders;
- Staging, preview or test links for review;
- Launch or setup in accounts you own, such as your hosting, domain, Shopify, publishing or software accounts.
2. When the timeline starts
Timelines start once your payment is received and we have your complete brief, content or manuscript and any account access we need. Your written proposal confirms the scope, timeline and number of revisions before you pay.
3. Typical timelines
These are typical timelines, not guarantees. They depend on timely feedback, content and approvals from you and on third-party review times.
