Refund Policy

TOBODIGI LLC (“TOBODIGI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Maryland (USA) limited liability company with its mailing address at 7570 South Arbory Ln, Laurel, MD 20707, USA. TOBODIGI LLC operates tobodigi.com and is the holding company for the brands Aussie Web Company (aussiewebcompany.com), LogoPixi (logopixi.com), EbookState (ebookstate.com) and Apprateus (apprateus.com). This policy explains cancellations and refunds for services bought from TOBODIGI LLC. All of our services are digital; we do not ship physical goods. Where a brand site publishes its own refund policy, that policy applies to orders from that brand.

1. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Before you pay, your written proposal confirms the scope, total price, payment schedule, timeline and revisions. Work starts once payment is received.

2. Summary

• You cancel before work starts: 100% refund.
• We cannot deliver what your proposal includes, even after you give us written notice and time to fix it: refund for the undelivered part, up to 100%.
• You cancel after work has started: refund of the unused portion (section 3).
• You approve the final deliverables, or they are published or launched: no change-of-mind refund.
• Third-party costs, sales, rankings or other results: not covered.

3. Cancelling after work starts

You may cancel at any time by emailing idea@tobodigi.com. We refund the part of your fee for work not yet performed. If your proposal sets out milestone values, those values apply.

4. What is not refundable

• Work already delivered and approved;
• Third-party costs paid on your behalf, such as domains, hosting, licences, stock assets, platform or advertising fees;
• Monthly care or subscription fees for a month that has already started.

5. How to request a refund

Email idea@tobodigi.com with your name, the brand and your invoice or payment reference. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Disputes

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute so we can try to resolve it quickly. This does not affect any rights you have under law.

Brand refund policies

Each brand has its own refund policy, which applies to its services:

• Aussie Web Company refund policy

Payments for all four brands (Aussie Web Company, LogoPixi, EbookState and Apprateus) are processed by TOBODIGI LLC through Stripe and PayPal.
