TOBODIGI LLC (“TOBODIGI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Maryland (USA) limited liability company with its mailing address at 7570 South Arbory Ln, Laurel, MD 20707, USA. TOBODIGI LLC operates tobodigi.com and is the holding company for the brands Aussie Web Company (aussiewebcompany.com), LogoPixi (logopixi.com), EbookState (ebookstate.com) and Apprateus (apprateus.com). This policy explains what personal information we collect through tobodigi.com, our enquiry channels and our projects, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. TOBODIGI LLC is responsible for your personal information. Each brand site also has its own privacy policy for that brand.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and country or city.
- Project information: your brief, budget, files, content, feedback and messages.
- Billing details: billing name, address and invoice details. We do not receive or store your full card number. Card and account details are entered directly with our payment processors.
- Account access you choose to share for your project. We use it only for your project and ask you to change passwords after handover.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (section 4).
Information from others:
- Payment confirmations and fraud-screening results from our payment processors, and information from platforms you connect us to for your project.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver the services you order;
- To process payments, issue invoices and handle refunds, disputes and chargebacks;
- To communicate with you about your project, including by email, phone, chat or WhatsApp;
- To prevent fraud, secure our systems and enforce our terms;
- To improve our website and services, and measure our advertising, with your consent where the law requires it;
- To send occasional marketing emails if you have agreed or the law allows it. You can unsubscribe at any time;
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Payment processors
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. When you pay, you give your payment details directly to the processor, which handles them under its own privacy policy and security standards (including PCI-DSS for card data). The processors share with us confirmation of payment, the amount, your name and email, the last digits or type of your card, and fraud-screening results.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and measure our ads. These may include Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest-based ads through your Facebook/Meta ad settings, Google’s Ads Settings, or tools such as optout.aboutads.info. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of “sharing” for advertising where applicable.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- Payment processors (Stripe and PayPal);
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, live chat, cloud storage, analytics and advertising platforms;
- Our brands and the team members and contractors working on your project, who must keep it confidential;
- Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public;
- A successor business if a brand or the company is sold or reorganised.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
6. International transfers
TOBODIGI LLC is based in the United States, and our providers and team members may be in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country, with safeguards appropriate to the information.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements, and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or limit certain uses, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email idea@tobodigi.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
