Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (“terms”) apply to your use of tobodigi.com and to services you buy from TOBODIGI LLC or any of its brands, unless a brand’s own terms apply to your order. Please read them, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, before you accept a quote or pay.

1. Who we are

TOBODIGI LLC (“TOBODIGI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Maryland (USA) limited liability company with its mailing address at 7570 South Arbory Ln, Laurel, MD 20707, USA. TOBODIGI LLC operates tobodigi.com and is the holding company for the brands Aussie Web Company (aussiewebcompany.com), LogoPixi (logopixi.com), EbookState (ebookstate.com) and Apprateus (apprateus.com). When you buy from ToboDigi or any of these brands, your contract is with TOBODIGI LLC.

2. Enquiries, quotes and your agreement

Submitting a form, chatting with us or booking a call is an enquiry, not an order. A project begins only when you accept our written quote or proposal and pay the amount due. The quote or proposal sets out the deliverables, price, payment schedule, timeline and revisions. If it conflicts with these terms, the quote or proposal wins for that project.

3. Prices and payment

Starting prices are shown on each brand site:

Custom work is quoted separately. We accept payment through Stripe or PayPal, using secure payment links or invoices. We will never ask for card details by email, chat or WhatsApp. Work starts once payment is received. If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees, which we do not control. Prices on our websites may change, but a change does not affect a quote you have already accepted.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, a complete brief, content and timely feedback, and to have the rights to everything you supply. You are responsible for checking and approving deliverables before you publish or print them.

5. Revisions, changes and timelines

Revisions and timelines are described in your quote or proposal. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted before we start it. Timelines depend on your feedback, content and access, and on third-party platforms.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Ownership and licences

Once you have paid in full, we transfer to you the rights in the final, approved custom deliverables we create for you, as described in your proposal. Until full payment, we keep those rights. Preliminary concepts and working files are not included unless your proposal says so. Third-party materials (fonts, stock images, themes, plugins, software or platform outputs) stay subject to their own licences. You keep all rights in the materials you supply.

8. Portfolio use and confidentiality

Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio after you have made it public. We keep project information confidential and use it only to deliver our services, except where the law requires disclosure.

9. Acceptable use

We do not accept projects involving unlawful activity, infringing content, misleading claims, hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, weapons, illegal drugs or gambling. We may decline or stop such a project and will refund any amount paid for work not yet performed.

10. No guarantee of results

We deliver the agreed deliverables with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee business outcomes such as sales, leads, traffic, search rankings or advertising performance.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Rights that cannot be excluded by law still apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. We will always try to resolve concerns with you directly first.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
